To say I was skeptical of chiropractic care is a reflection of my previous experiences. Dr. Graham was my third attempt at relieving throbbing and nauseating migraines which past chiropractors had been unable to control. Dr. Graham was going to be my last attempt at escaping my migraines without harsh medications. My skepticism quickly became a distant memory; within a week, my headaches had lessened and within three weeks were gone completely. I went from skeptic to absolute believer in the abilities of a very adept (and genuinely concerned) Dr. Graham. So when my eight-month-old son was diagnosed with Torticolis (a tilted head due to muscle tightness and misalignment), I immediately thought of Dr. Graham. Though my son had physical therapy, he seemed uncomfortable and was even more tight after his play-therapy sessions. It was not until Dr. Graham started to gently adjust him, that my little boy finally was able to happily sit straight, roll over and play on his belly. Even more incredible, my son showed major improvements after just one session! And although I was nervous about having such a little person adjusted by a chiropractor, I quickly learned that the adjustments Dr. Graham makes to a baby are very soft and mild and in no way dangerous. I plan to have my eight-year-old daughter see Dr. Graham for chronic ear problems in the near future. I highly recommend Dr. Graham as a warm, talented chiropractor (and a genuine friend) for every member of your family. - Kate Conway

Dear Dr. Graham,
We are writing this letter to thank you for all of your help with Eric. Since we started bringing him to you three weeks ago, he has only had 2 very mild headaches. This is amazing for Eric. Normally, he gets an average of 2-3 mild to moderate headaches in a week's time. He has attended a birthday party with no headaches or need for Motrin; he has played non-stop for hours at friend's houses as well. Eric usually doesn't last more than an hour or two running around before he gets very tired or a headache. It is nice to see him playing and being a typical 9 year old boy.
Since Eric was diagnosed at age 5 with migrain/tension headaches, it has been a roller coaster. He was on propranolol for a long time which only made him exhausted and lowered his blood pressure. For a long time, Eric never went out to play much.
School has always been tough on him as well. He is a great student but the lighting and noise trigger headaches and this is very frustrating for him. He gets embarrassed to keep saying he has a headache. He thinks people don't believe him. He is very self conscious about it. Usually when kids get off the school bus after school, they are excited to go play and have fun. When Eric gets off the bus, he usually needs to lie down because he is exhausted and/or has a headache. Seeng him in pain like this is heartbreaking. Lately he has been coming home in a great mood, able to get his homework done, and play.
We do see a major improvement in Eric and as parents, we are thrilled! We know there is some controversy regarding chiropractic care in children. We think that if it works then it's worth doing. We feel it's safer than medication. Eric has to take medication for his stomach as well as a low dose of Topamax each day. His stomach is a mess most likely from taking so much Motrin over the years. He has not needed Motrin more than one time since we brought him to you. That in itself is a major improvement.
You are excellent with Eric! He is comfortable and looks forward to seeing you. We sent a letter to Dr. Laurie Douglass, Eric's Pediatric Neurologist in Boston explaining how well he is doing since he began treatment with you. We can't thank you enough. We will continue to bring Eric to you and we will always speak highly of you.
With Great Thanks,
Mike and Jen Mearls

RE: Graham Chiropractic - health care evaluation
I recently stumbled upon Dr. Graham through a colleague's recommendation. After eight months of recovery and physical therapy from a broken ankle, I was still unable to completely lead my pre-injury lifestyle (i.e., lots of running, hiking, and other outdoor pursuits). Dr. Graham was quickly able to diagnose my problems and helped me outline steps to reach my health goals. Within a few weeks of his care, great improvement was noticeable in my physical condition. While I still have much progress to make, I now have direction and a positive sounding board for my health questions.
Thanks to Dr. Graham, I was able to enjoyably spend the beginning of the New Year hiking in the Mahoosucs of western Maine and the White Mountains of New Hampshire with friends and family. With his further care, I hope to be soon consistently running pain-free.
Thank you for your time, attention and support Dr. Graham!
Sincerely,
Daniel J. Grenier, M.S.
"Since receiving my weekly massage with Adasha, I feel much more flexible, in tune with myself and incredibly more focused." - Pat Adams
"After my massage session with Adasha, I feel relaxed and energized all at the same time. It's such a wonderful experience!" - Dorothy MacNichol
"I began massage therapy with Adasha as a complementary treatment to the chiropractic care I was already receiving at Graham Chiropractic Center. Dr. Graham was able stave-off further shoulder problems, issues that I had let go on for far too long, and he was able to reverse the damage already done at the joint. Adasha was able to set straight all my sore muscles that were straining to compensate for my nearly frozen shoulder. I now have full use and extension of my arm and shoulder, and best of all, no more pain or muscle spasms." - Arie Regan
